Having spent years now working as a Corporate Sales Trainer, I have learned two rules: 1) You can’t make others do something they don’t want to, and 2) Change is a term that is thrown around way too often. The truth is very few people change for the long run and much of that inability to change can be attributed, for the most part, to previously stated rule number one. We just don’t want to. It’s too hard.
The conclusion is this book. If a person is going to change, he/she has to first decide they want to change. Next, he/she has to alter the way they feel and view the world. Hopefully, you’ll find value in what is presented in this book and feel that you are a better person for having taken a chance on reading it. Right or wrong, good or bad, in the end, it is how you made others feel that is most important. That is your perspective, your window, your shade of gray.
