Your Choice - Gossiping Receptionist

Occasionally here on Window Three, you will be presented with a situation or story.  From that story, and should you choose to do so, you are tasked with formulating what would be a “Level Three Action.”  In doing so, first, it might be a good idea to identify what you would have ‘typically’ done if it was indeed YOU in the situation.  From there decide, was my response Level One, Two or Three?  Remember, your goal is to add positive emotion into a situation.

Scenario: A client comes into your office and is waiting at reception area.  You notice that Linda, the Receptionist, is not at her front desk to greet this client, but rather is sitting in a nearby office, while seemingly, gossiping about her weekend.  You have a choice.  What would Level Three be?
