Three Types of Coaching
Most Corporate Sales Trainers have little understanding as to the level of emotion needed to bring about a change in behavior. As a National Sales Coach, I have learned two rules: 1) You can’t make others do something they don’t want to, and 2) Change is a term that is thrown around way too often. The truth is very few people change for the long run and much of that inability to change can be attributed, for the most part, to previously stated rule number one. We just don’t want to. It’s too hard.

'Infused' Coaching Episodes

In January of 2010, Window Three released it's online "Infused Coaching Episodes." This coaching consists of 15 episodes, each the length of a television sitcom (20-45 min). The name "Infused Coaching" comes from Window Three's offering of both personal and professional coaching, because let's be honest, you can't have an impact on one, without touching on the other. To be in control of your professional life, you must also have control of your personal life, and anybody that tells you otherwise, completely missed the boat!
The Episodes offer an effective way to bring coaching to your team, minus the cost, i.e. travel, food, lodging, and time away from their professional careers. With the 'Infused Coaching,' you will be giving your team some of the best coaching in the country, but with the convenience of being able to watch the episodes on THEIR time. Furthermore, by spreading out the episodes over a year, you thereby increase the retention, and therefore effectiveness, of the information by 60 percent!

'FEEL' Coaching
FEEL coaching is a three day course offered on sight for those organizations wanting to give their team the benefit and personalization of face to face coaching. Led by renowned Sales Coach and author of "Window Three, You Always Have a Choice," Jon Nodine, FEEL coaching is becoming the basis for the sales coaching across the country. Based on the ideas of infusing Personal Motivation and Professional Sales Techniques, 'FEEL' coaching emphasizes the needs of a changed economy. No longer can a sales person find long term success through 'slick' sales tactics. To be successful in this environment your team needs to be experienced in the art of relationship sales.
FEEL coaching is taught in three catagories each challenging your team in a unique way. Corporate Video Design
Here at Window Three, we understand that there are many organizations out there that already have certain sales techniques in place and would like to continue using them. However, we also understand that with a changed economy and a new generation of Sales Professionals and customers, something needs to be done to meet the needs of your audience. Therefore, Window Three will work with your organization to create a video episodes as unique as your organization. Through Corporate Video Design, Window Three will write, video, direct, and produce a predetermined number of episodes that you can use with your team and keep as part of your coaching library.
These videos will be similar to the Video Coaching in that they will vary between 25-45 minutes in length. They will include advanced video techniques, music and excitement to keep your team engaged. Window Three asks you, how long has your training material been around, and at what point do you decide to make it fresh again? Now is your chance.
The Corporate Video Design will require various interactions between Window Three and your organization as well as time to create.
